Sometimes it's hard to realise
how damaging you are toyourself without really thinking about all the
ways we damage our own bodies.
My biggest vices are/were (this body is under construction )
How about you? What do you think you'd need to change or stop if you wanted to?
- Coffee - it became 8-10 cups a day....ooops
- Alcohol - not often but in excess when it happened.
- Gluttony - eating when not hungry, overfacing myself. not stopping when full...the list goes on.
- Pastries - omg...boy did I pile those things away!
- Exercising too hard - I always push myself past fatigue until I hit
failure and even then I push to do a few more reps/laps/miles.
- Lack of sleep.
- Energy drinks.
